Обоснование проблемы с учетом исходной ситуации в регионе реализации
проекта |
У многих пожилых граждан и инвалидов нет возможности посетить экскурсии
или принять участие в походах по причине особенностей здоровья и возраста.
Социальный туризм направлен на преодоление социального неравенства и на
расширение доступа к туризму различных категорий граждан, имеющих
ограниченные физические или материальные возможности и слабую социальную
защищенность. В рамках реализации мероприятий проекта будут созданы условия
для стимулирования социальной активности пожилых граждан и инвалидов,
формирования у них новых социальных связей. |

Цель проекта |
Преодоление психологических и эмоциональных последствий социальной
изоляции одиноких и одиноко проживающих пожилых граждан и инвалидов через
создание для них возможности для путешествий и оздоровления. |

1. Организация экскурсий, туристических поездок, онлайн-экскурсий с целью
преодоления психологических и эмоциональных последствий социальной изоляции
пожилых граждан и инвалидов; |

Дальнейшая деятельность по реализации проекта будет осуществляться
государственным учреждением «Ивановский территориальный центр социального
обслуживания населения» за счет средств, не запрещенных законодательством. |

Задачи, планируемые к выполнению в рамках реализации проекта |
1. Организация экскурсий, туристических поездок, онлайн-экскурсий с целью
преодоления психологических и эмоциональных последствий социальной изоляции
пожилых граждан и инвалидов. 2. Организация вело и пеших походов с целью
создания условий для наиболее полной и эффективной реализации потенциала
пожилых граждан и инвалидов, их социальной включенности, всестороннего
участия в жизни общества. 3. Организация санаторно-курортного лечения,
посещения бассейна с целью создания условий для здоровой и безопасной жизни,
активного долголетия, устойчивого повышения качества жизни пожилых граждан и
инвалидов. |

Экскурсионная поездка в Мир и Несвиж; экскурсионная поездка в
Национальный парк «Припятский»; экскурсионная поездка в Парк истории «Сула»;

Ожидаемые результаты |
Социальный туризм будет способствовать преодолению социального
неравенства и расширению доступа к туризму различных категорий граждан,
имеющих ограниченные физические или материальные возможности и слабую
социальную защищенность; будут созданы условия для стимулирования социальной
активности пожилых граждан и инвалидов, формирования у них новых социальных
связей; пожилые граждане и инвалиды смогут придерживаться активного образа
жизни, социализироваться в обществе и укрепят свое здоровье; духовное
развитие пожилых граждан и инвалидов через экскурсии по различным памятным
местам, познание природы, национальной культуры и традиций. |

Justification
of the problem taking into account the initial situation in the region where
the project is implemented: |
Many elderly citizens and disabled people do not
have the opportunity to attend excursions or take part in hikes due to health
and age. Social tourism is aimed at overcoming social inequality and
expanding access to tourism for various categories of citizens with limited
physical or material capabilities and weak social protection. As part of the
implementation of the project's activities, conditions will be created to
stimulate the social activity of elderly citizens and disabled people and to
form new social connections among them. Social tourism helps senior citizens and people with
disabilities to lead active lifestyles, socialize in society and improve
their health. It also helps to create conditions for social interaction
between people and establish friendly contacts. Provides an opportunity to get rid of the
psychological and emotional consequences of social isolation, which often
occur both in retired people and in the disabled. Thanks to social tourism,
many of them will begin to develop spiritually through excursions to various
memorial sites, learning about nature, national culture and traditions. |
